To make a booking on this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
Online Credit Card Reservations of vehicles are not available within 48 hours of booking date.
If the credit card holder is not using the transfer service we will need a photocopy of the PASSPORT ID page of the credit card holder to verify the booking (please email to us - email@example.com).
Passengers are required to present the emailed Voucher to their Driver at pick-up with the credit card holders passport ID to ensure verification.
Transfer Service - Flight and passenger details are to be given so that we can coordinate the shuttle effectively. If your luggage has been lost or it takes longer time to pick it up please let us know as soon as possible (Our Airport contact number will be at the foot of the confirmation voucher).
Damage - Any damage to the Limo/Shuttle, by the passengers of the vehicles and their parties, will be responsible for the cost involved, in replacement or repair, at the most reasonable cost available, and with as little inconvenience to both parties.
Baby Seats - None of the limousines or shuttles are equipped with child seats, although there are functioning seat belts. A child seat can be used by the passenger if they have one.
No Smoking - All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Terms of Payment - Payment is to be made in full at least 48 hours before the use of our transfer service.
Vehicle supplied - We will endeavour to provide the vehicle requested by you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity.
Delays - We will wait up to 2 hours after the arrival of your flight, after 2 hours you will be charged 100 Baht per 30 minutes.
Toll Ways, Airport Greet & Meet and Insurance are inclusive.
4% tax and 4% credit card surcharge is not included, but is chargeable upon payment. Rates subject to change without prior notice
Guest No Show - A no show will be charged for the full amount of the booking.
Cancellation - For paid bookings 72 hours before the transfer service will be granted a refund minus 500 Bt to cover the Admin cost. Cancellations within 72 hours of the transfer service will be charged the full amount.
Third party advertisements and links to other sites where goods or services are advertised are not endorsements or recommendations by Bangkokairportlimo.com ot The Kudos Group Ltd of the third party sites, goods or services. Your access to or use of them is at your own risk. If you have any problems or questions we are unable to assist. Please contact the repective site/company directly.
Bangkokairportlimo.com acts only as an agent for Limousine Shuttle Services and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control.
Bangkokairportlimo.com will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road delay/conditions and breakdowns.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the transfer service reserved must be communicated to us in writing via email. Once in receipt of email we will reply within 48 hours.
Bangkokairportlimo.com is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged.
Bangkokairportlimo's Booking Engine is all checked and accredited and fit for the purpose. The guest (or individual making the booking)is fully responsible for the accuracy for content of their booking details submission - we accept no responsibility for any error(s) made by the guest(or individual making the booking).
