Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are Per Vehicle.
  • Toll Ways, Airport Greet & Meet and Insurance, are inclusive.
  • No Smoking – All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
  • 4% tax and 4% credit card surcharge is not included but is chargeable upon payment.
  • Baby Seats – None of the limousines or shuttles are equipped with child seats, although there are functioning seat belts. The passenger can use a child seat if they have one.
  • Cancellation – For paid bookings 72 hours before the transfer service, a refund minus 500 Bt will be granted to cover the Admin cost. Cancellations within 72 hours of the transfer service will be charged the full amount.
  • Transfer Service – Flight and passenger details are to be given to coordinate the shuttle effectively. If your luggage has been lost or takes a long time to pick it up, please let us know as soon as possible (Our Airport contact number will be at the foot of the re-confirmation email).
  • Guests are required to enter the correct date, time, flight and destination details into the booking system when ma their boo. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect details, resulting in the guest missing their transfer.
  • Late Arrival – Our staff will watch the arrival flights board at the Airport and wait accordingly. If a guest has not shown up at the pre-arranged meeting point, we will email the guest after appx. 90 minutes – to inform them that we are waiting. We will wait a further 60 minutes. If we don’t receive an email or a call (Our Airport contact number will be in our re-confirmation email), our driver will be released. The booking will be classed as a No show.
  • Guest No Show – A no show will be charged for the full amount of the booking.
  • Damage – Any damage to the Limo/Shuttle, by the passengers of the vehicles and their parties, will be responsible for the cost involved, in replacement or repair, at the most reasonable cost available, and with as little inconvenience both parties.
  • No Smoking – All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Non-compliance could result in the driver refusing to transfer the passenger(s) – no refund is entitled to the guest if the driver refuses to transfer due to smoking.
  • Vehicle supplied – We will endeavour to provide the vehicle requested by you. In the unlikely event that we cannot do so, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity.
  • Delays – We will wait up to 2 hours after your flight’s arrival, after 2 hours you will be charged 100 Baht per 30 minutes.
  • Third-party advertisements and links (e.g. Hotelscombined, Klook or 12go) to other sites where goods or services are advertised are not endorsements or recommendations by Bangkokairportlimo.com of the third party sites, goods or services. Your access to or use of them is at your own risk. If you have any problems or questions, we are unable to assist. Please contact the respective site/company directly.
  • Bangkokairportlimo.com acts only as an agent for Limousine Shuttle Services and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control.
  • Bangkokairportlimo.com collects payment on Paypal.
  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the transfer service reserved must be communicated to us in writing via email. Once in receipt of the email, we will reply within 48 hours.
  • Bangkokairportlimo.com is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged.
  • Bangkokairportlimo’s Book Engine is all checked and accredited and fit for the purpose. The guest (or individual ma the boo)is fully responsible for the accuracy for content of their boo details submission – we accept no responsibility for any error(s) made by the guest(or individual ma the book).
  • To file a notice of infringing material, please provide sufficient detail to enable us to identify and locate the material that is claimed to be infringing (for example a link to the webpage that contains the material);
  • Receipt of appropriate notification as set forth herein, where we deem it appropriate, we will take down or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.
  • Suppose you have a SPAM arrest account. We will NOT validate the email sent by spam bloc companies. You must log in to your spam blocker membership and allow the domain sgardenresort.net to send messages to you.
